Owning vs Renting

In my opinion I believe that renting is better because you don't have all that maintenance and worries. When dealing with owning you are the owner which means anything that goes wrong you are responsible for. I am now informed that they both have their pros and cons.

Taxes and Insurance

So today we learned about taxes and insurance it wasn't really that interesting but it was full of useful information. Taxes it what you are required to pay by law from the government. insurance is something useful to have god forbid something bad happens to you like a fall or other serious injuries.

Finance and High Education

Today we learned about collage loans and how we as students need to be smart about what school we invest in. Some people live their whole lives in debt and never are able to get out of it. I want to be able to go to college but at the same time I want it to be easy to pay off my debt. When time to take out a loan I am going to get a government loan private loans have less interest so I have learned. I do want to go to a good collage. I don't see why college is so expensive most people go but can`t even afford it.

Credit Score

 Yesterday we did EverFi and the topic was credit score it was interesting to see how we can grow up and not even know the importance of a credit score. Your credit score is the most important number you'll ever receive besides your social security but they do work hand in hand. Poor credit is what we need to stay away from its not good to have bad credit because it prevents you to take out loans like car loans and if you were interested in buying a house. If you have good credit score its helps you to get jobs when interviewing for a job the boss usually is interesting in seeing what your credit score looks like. I am now informed about how credit score works and how I can use it wisely.
